Having worked in compliance for a number of large firms in Johannesburg, I've picked up invaluable experience in multiple sectors. This hands-on work has allowed me to gain valuable insight and knowledge when it comes to helping businesses ensure that their policies and practices meet the required compliance and competence standards.
As I'm sure you're aware, running a business in South Africa comes with its own set of unique challenges. From BEE, transformation and unique labour laws. Which is why I am dedicated to providing my expertise to domestic and residential cleaning companies in Johannesburg to help them get their businesses on track by ensuring all compliance standards are met, as well as ensuring proper staffing contracts are in place.
